Abstract
Because the traditional comprehensive scoring method and linear weighted method of safety evaluation are easily influenced by subjective factors of evaluation personnel and the uncertain factors of evaluated system, in this paper the fuzzy theory and artificial neural network techniques are combined to evaluate and analyze the safety status of oil depot. A fuzzy neural network evaluation model based on three layer neuron is built. Through the sample training, experience and intuition thinking of evaluation expert are accessed. An application result in practical engineering showed that this method reduced the wrong impact of human factors in evaluating process and ensured the objectivity of evaluation results.
