Abstract
One of the most important tasks in Human resource management is to find a suitable human for the given position. It is a difficult task because for human beings what they can do well is not always what they want to do and even if they have capability of fulfilling the requested task, the relationship among the team members can prevent them from being the good worker in the given position. Therefore, the ability of finding which employee is best for the given task is regarded as the expert knowledge of recruiters. In this paper, we propose a meta index model based matchmaking method for human resource management. This model describes each employee´s ability and each employer´s requirement. According to the model, the similarity between employees and jobs is calculated.
