Abstract
The article describes the research work on the influence of a way of obtaining powders of aluminum nitride and powder purity on the thermophysical properties of the produced ceramics. The ceramics was obtained from aluminum nitride with high heat conductivity and relative density of more than 98 %, which is suitable for being used as heat-removing substrates for the production of various products in radio electronics.
