Abstract :
This paper concerns the issue of a new robust exponential stability for uncertainties complex neutral systems with mixed time-varying delays. In terms of a Lyapunov function and liner matrix inequality (LMI), the paper presented some new stability conditions with time-varying delay dependence. Illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and less conservativeness of our method.
