Abstract :
In this paper an adaptive fuzzy routing algorithm is proposed for Network-on-Chips. The cost of each link is decided based on the current network, and the optimal path detection is done using a fuzzy controller by considering the traffic of routes as well as the power. The fuzzy controller output is such that the lowest cost link will be selected as the optimal path. Simulation results show the improvement in power and traffic network compared with xy routing.
