Abstract :
The flux-weakening control of PMSM based on single current regulator has the advantages of simple structure, fast dynamic response, good robustness of parameters and so on with a fixed value of q-axis voltage applied and a control of d-axis current regulator to get d-axis voltage. As q-axis voltage is directly given, its efficiency and load capability decrease. This paper gives a new method of given q-axis voltage. It can adjust q-axis voltage to make motor to work at the optimal operating point and make full use of the motor input voltage. It makes the motor efficiency and improves load capability. This method is easy to achieve and does not depend on motor parameters, has good robustness. This method is verified by the results of simulation in this paper.
