Abstract :
Small RNAs (sRNAs) are small, non-coding RNA species that control numerous cellular processes, and they are important components of post-transcriptional regulation. We study an sRNA network in the present paper, emphasis has been focused on modularity and centrality in the sRNA network. We engage a link clustering method for analyzing the sRNA network, and identify biologically functional modules and key genes in the sRNA network.
