Abstract :
A compact monopole antenna with triple band for multi systems of WLAN/WiMAX is introduced in this paper. The measured results prove that the antenna capably affords triple band supporting multi standards of IEEE802.11b/g/a and IEEE802.16e. The proposed antenna is designed with compact size of about a half guide wavelength of the lowest operating frequency. Additionally, from the parametric studies it proves that the antenna capability control the resonant frequency independently. The proposed antenna is suitably applied for multi systems of various wireless communications.
