Abstract
The learner modeling is a cornerstone of the personalized interaction in any Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL). Based on ontology´s, the development of the Semantic Web offers new opportunities and challenges in the design of a new generation of adaptive systems, It´s in this context that is situated the scope of our research works, with the aim of integrating a new modeling vision and learner pattern management in open and distributed environments. We so propose a semantic modeling of the learner by turning to an approach said by skills, and it by means an ontology based on results of the works of the cognitive theories for the description of the profiles learners more exactly for the representation of the knowledge and the skills of learning.
