Abstract
Population is often afraid of Electromagnetic Fields and its possible effects on health. This creates the need to quantify the exposure to electromagnetic field levels on civil environments. This paper describes a measurement technique developed by CAERCEM, Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory of Buenos Aires Institute of Technology, on one of the three more questioned buildings in Buenos Aires City due to its contribution to the electromagnetic (EM) pollution.
