  • Abstract
With the development of wireless networks and mobile computing, more advanced applications with context-awareness and adaptability to their changing contexts are needed. In this paper, a context-aware middleware for user experience improvement in mobile payment has been developed. Using NFC(Near Field Communication) and fast face recognition system on mobile phone which is developed based on improved AdaBoost and LBP(Local Binary Patter), the efficient support for acquiring, interpreting and accessing contexts is provided. Applications or services within intelligent environments are uniquely identified and described in a standardized way which facilitates access to and interaction with them. On this, the improvement of user´s quality of experience is obtained. Moreover, one application example based on this context-aware middleware is developed.
