Cloud Computing and SOA Convergence Research

Cloud computing is Internet-based computing, and it takes every IT resource in the internet as a service to users, such as hardware services, infrastructure services, platform services, software services, storage services and so on. While SOA as a service oriented architecture, it´s a software designing model and method. SOA can integrate well-defined services to a new solution. So, cloud computing and SOA has natural relationship, and they supply each other. This paper analyzes the basic theory of cloud computing and SOA firstly, and discusses the deployment and logic structure of cloud computing. Furthermore, the approaches combined with SOA to integrate cloud services are proposed. and the integration methods of SaaS and PaaS by adopting SOA are introduced respectively and detailedly.
