Abstract
The IX International Conference on Antenna Theory and Techniques (ICATT) was held on September 16??20, 2013, in the wonderful city of Odessa, Ukraine. The ICATTs have been held biannually in Ukraine since 1995. Their pro grams have covered a wide spectrum of issues: general antenna theory; analytical and numerical methods of applied electromagnetics; antenna arrays (including adaptive); aperture antennas; antenna measurements; microwave engineering; industrial and medical applications of microwaves; etc. Nowadays, they represent a single major scientif c forum on antenna theory and techniques within the framework of the former USSR.
