  • Abstract
    This paper examines the performance enhancement of a newly designed ultrasonic motor by using single crystalline piezo-materials PMNPT and PZNPT. From numerical simulations, it is found that PMNPT and PZNPT can greatly improve the mechanical performance of the motor.
