Abstract
The zero-forcing beam-forming algorithm is proposed and the modified iterative detector is presented for the downlink multiuser Turbo-BLAST system in this paper. At the transmitter, the beam-forming scheme based on zero-forcing rule is adopted to maximize the capacity of the desired user. At the receiver, the pretreatment matrix is used to mitigate the multiuser interference (MUI) and the iterative detecting algorithm is designed to cancel the co-antenna interference (CAI). Simulation results show that the newly introduced method is effective to enhance not only the capacity results but also the BER performance of the downlink multiuser Turbo-BLAST system.
