Abstract
In the military and civil areas, the electromagnetic characteristics of tiny periodic structure have aroused people attention. In this paper, the reflection and transmission coefficients of inerratic metal periodic structure are analyzed by the Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) Method. The influence of incident wave angle, diameter of metal wire, size of periodic structure is considered. Numerical example indicated that FDTD is an effective tool to study electromagnetic characteristics of tiny periodic structure.
