Abstract
This paper describes the basic principle of fiber Bragg grating sensor, and designs to produce small-size ceramic package Fiber Bragg grating temperature sensor probes. We test the sensitivity, stability, repeatability, response speed of the probe and other parameters affected by the packaging method. To meet needs of practical application, we mainly investigate the response speed of the probe. We take several methods to research response speed of the probe in different temperatures from 35°Cto 42°C, The experiment results show that the reaction time can reach at 2 seconds.
