  • Abstract
    Results of experimental study of radar reflectivity of “angel echo” are presented using double frequency incoherent radar at the wavelength 8 mm and 3.2 cm. Profiles of structure constant are described which characterize turbulence intensity in the surface air. Presence of turbulence irregularities with typical scale ~ 4 mm was experimentally confirmed.
