Abstract :
Semantic web combines the descriptive languages RDF (Resource Description Framework) and OWL (Web Ontology Language) with the data-centric customizable XML to provide descriptions of the content of web documents. The semantic Web constitutes a new vision of the Web, where resources are described by meta-data, using the conceptual vocabulary provided by ontologies, that permit software agents to help more effectively various types of users in their accesses to resources on the Web. Considering as a foundation FOAF (Friend Of A Friend) specification, we are using the semantic constructs (RDFa) in order to create a conceptual model (e.g., an ontology) regarding personas and their uses in the human-computer interaction context.
