Abstract
Preliminary experience with a final year activity focusing on Entrepreneurship & Enterprise is presented. The curriculum is described and its suitability for Computing students evaluated. Persuading technical students to participate in a non-technical course is a considerable challenge. The University has recently organized an annual business competition, with prizes, to encourage students to pursue their ideas and develop commercial products and services. This has been incorporated into the assessed course with some success.
