  • Abstract
    The ground test/checkout for launch vehicle is a very important task during spaceflight mission, and new demands arise in the development of a new type of launch vehicle which adopts new control system. Considering the shortcomings of existing test equipments, a new method of integrated test for control system signals is studied, and the test software is developed. Aiming at the standardization and modularization of software, an overall design of software is put forward by describing the function structure and operating mode of the new test system. The information flow of system is concluded and analyzed through software engineering method. Acquisition plans of different kinds of signals are determined, and the flow of multiplex signals acquisition is brought forward. The practical application proves that the Integrated Test System has stable performance and high integration level; it will effectively strengthen the efficiency and informationization level of ground test.
