  • Abstract
The purpose of this article is to observe the clinical efficacy of needle-knife therapy for the treatment of degenerative cervical spondylosis. We loosen neck soft tissue and adjust the cervical spine biomechanics with the needle-knife and satisfactory results had been obtained. Among 30 cases, 25 cases were cured, 4 cases improved, and 1 cases unimproved. Needle-Knife therapy is suitable for treating degenerative cervical spondylosis. The clinical efficacy is significant, but need to expand the number of cases for further study.
