Abstract
Because of multidiscipline and inter-discipline of SSME, this paper presents the reduced knowledge system (RKS) of Service Science, Management and Engineering (SSME) based on teaching practice at School of Software, Dalian University of Technology for four years. Then, the organizational relationship of SSME is pointed out. We propose the case method throughout the teaching process. Based on these works, we propose an assessment method for SSME course.
