Abstract
With the constant pursuit of the spiritual life, cultural performance services boom in recent years in China. There is a big challenge on the way of designing and developing IT-enabled cultural performance service systems, i.e., there are so many kinds of actors in the service and the interactions between them are very complex; in addition, related service resources and their state transitions are quite diversified. Facing this challenge, we briefly survey the industry: to identify the actors and their value exchange relations, to identify the key resources and the corresponding state transitions and to model the collaborative processes between actors. The modeling of actors, value networks, resources and processes will support the development of a comprehensive cultural performance service ecosystem based on SOA related techniques.
