Abstract :
This article comprehensive considering the time-varying wireless channel condition and specialty of multimedia coding, discussing mainly improve the method of multimedia transmission based on the 3G wireless network. First of all, analyzing bit error rate and throughput which is index of evaluation the 3G wireless networks channel, putting forward a strategy of fault-tolerant packaged of priority information forsake rate control Secondly, from the point of view of protocol stack, in order to improve reliability of the 3G network data transmission, putting forward a improving MAC protocol of priority judge mechanism. The simulation results show that these strategies can effectively improve robustness and reliability of the 3G wireless network multimedia data transmission.
