  • Abstract
The current rapid growing technology, “Cloud computing” is widely used nowadays in many business sectors because of its services offered at low cost, (i.e.) Pay-as-per-use manner, where the usage is made through the Internet connection. Cloud storage is one of the services provided by the cloud providers to store the user´s data in a remote server. Even though the Cloud providers assure that the stored information will be secure and intact, there are many issues that prevail in the Cloud that has to be addressed. Cloud Security and Data Integrity should be provided for user data. Integrity of data should be concrete. Storing of valuable data with cloud storage providers has some security risks. Lack of integrity for data is the major concern in the Cloud Environment. There are many attacks for the loss of data integrity in the Cloud Environment. This survey gives an in-depth analysis about the various security risks and the attacks related to the data integrity with the possible mitigation solution.
