Abstract :
A model for the formation of specialists´ intellectual competence is presented in this paper. The peculiarity of this model is that it was based on the psychological mechanisms of the development of intelligence. The approaches to the design of educational technologies that ensure an effective development of intellectual competencies of future specialists were grounded.
