The optimization of a global supply chain model based on the transfer price

This essay discusses the problem of batch order in transnational supply chain based on the transfer price. In this paper, a model for the production assignment of the global demand is proposed. This research is different from general supply chain in the fact that it has considered many international factors such as international taxation, international finance and international trade, besides each traditional factors of cost. Meanwhile, the paper focuses on the consideration of transfer price and transportation cost allocation factor as decision variables in the research of production planning.
