Editorial [changes in Associete Editors]

It saddens the Editor-in-Chief (EiC) to announce the retirement of Prof. Scott Barker and Prof. Kevin J. Chen. Scott has agreed to serve as the Technical Program Chair for the 2014 IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (IEEE MTT-S) International Microwave Symposium (IMS); this is a very demanding position and a great service to the IEEE MTT-S, and the EiC knows we all wish him good luck in his new role. Kevin´s research has shifted slightly toward power semiconductor devices, and he has taken a position as Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices; the EiC of that Transactions is getting a very good Associate Editor. While TMTT is losing two very good Associate Editors, the EiC welcomes three new Associate Editors. They are Dr. Osama Shana´a, MediaTek, San Jose, CA, USA; Dr.-Ing. Dietmar Kissinger, Friedrich-Alexander-Universitat Erlangen-Nurnberg, Erlangen, Germany; and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Martin Vossiek, Friedrich-Alexander-Universitat Erlangen-Nurnberg, Erlangen, Germany. The EiC has full confidence in the ability of these fine engineers to assist him in the publication process of this Transactions. He has added their full biographies herein.
