Abstract
Investigation of morphology, structural and optical characteristics of pulse plated zinc oxide arrays made possible the formation of the nanorods, size of which is varied by the electrolyte temperature. The surface morphology can be modified by duty cycle up to the growth of the mesoporous networks of zinc oxide. They together with nanorods will form hierarchical nanostructures with large specific surface that will ensure an efficiency of the created dye-sensitized solar cells.
