Abstract
The Learning design here is to design for learning rather than design for teaching in the situation of "student centered" education. While definitions of Learning Design vary, the main elements tend to include greater focus on "context" dimensions of e-Iearning (rather than simply "content"), a more "activity" based view of e-Iearning (rather than "absorption"), and greater recognition of the role of "multi-learner" (rather than just single learner) environments. The sequence mentioned in this paper is based on the topic of "What is the importance of acquiring English as a second language?" which can be used in different contexts in different ways. It is designed for the university students in non-English speaking countries who major in English or selecting "acquiring English as a second language" as an optional course. Under the guidance of the teacher through LAMS, students complete their tasks on their own initiative.
