  • Abstract
With the relations between coal supply and demand increasingly strained, coal negotiation has become the first choice for resolving contradictions and conflicts between the coal enterprises and the coal-fired power plants. The problem of how to improve the negotiation efficiency and promote the cooperation agreement between coal supply and demand has widely attracted many scholars´ attention. In order to simplify the negotiation process by avoiding establishing complex quantitative analysis and results mapping model, this paper constructs the auto-negotiation model between the coal enterprises and the coal-fired power plants based on Fuzzy Qualitative SIMulation (FQSIM), which focuses on the critical state branch point of negotiation situation and the prediction of negotiation process and trend. The example of simulation process and results show that the reasoning process of our model is accordant with the reality of coal negotiations, which can offer guidance to support negotiation among decision makers and greatly improve the efficiency and successful rate of negotiations.
