  • Abstract
    Along with the gradual maturity of Pickup and Delivery Customers to Airport service (PDCA), transactional management can´t meet the needs of Flight Tickets Sale Companies (FTSC) which implemented PDCA. In fact, company urgently demands statistical information from the accumulated data of service to make correct decisions. Therefore, the aim of the research is to evaluate and analyze the historical data of PDCA platform to help companies successfully decide how to arrange their operational tactics. According to the feature of PDCA, importance and content of statistical information of PDCA is proposed. By our implemented platform, we show how to use the statistical information to provide decision support for the companies which implemented PDCA. These results of the analysis also prove that the statistical information make the company easily master the whole condition of PDCA and adjust the operation method to obtain the better profits.
