Abstract
The drum water level of industrial boiler is very critical as one of the monitoring parameters. The intelligence is of great significance for the traditional monitoring system with local bicolor water level gauge and the remote industrial TV. In this article, Wiener filtering algorithm is first used to process the water level image and morphology algorithm is applied to segment and extract the water level information. Then, the image is recognized and the digital value is obtained. Furthermore, a digital video level measurement system is designed based on CCD and DSP.
