  • Abstract
    In this paper, 312DK wriggle grinding machine is used as a platform. First, the paper introduces grinding wheel continuous dressing technology during the process of regrinding. And then, it focuses on how to solve the problems relative to automatic compensation during this process. Finally, by practical application of dressing technology for the grinding wheel, we find it works quite well. Taking the process of complex blade machining as an example, the paper mentions the work flow of machining blade which is guided by automatic compensation technology in the 312DK renovation project. The results of production practice show that surface roughness of the work piece can meet technical index, manmade mistakes are reduced, labor is saved, and processing efficiency is improved greatly after using automatic compensation technology.
