Abstract
In the context of “supply chain” characterized by the presence of risks and uncertainties, the adoption of a risk management based on robust tools is paramount. Assuming that the contract is the tool of our risk management, our objective is to study the difference of contract role for two contracting parties in a dyadic supply chain based on an adopted method to analyze clauses utilities. To capitalize on the achievements of the conducted analysis, a characterization of the risk elements in each part of the studied relationship was made.
