Abstract
The human resources represent the key performance of each component of the supply chain. In this context and in order to optimize these resources, this work deals with a problem of seafaring staff scheduling through the proposal of a mathematic formulation of this problem and an interactive decision support that is based on two approximate methods. It should be noted that the results was approved through a real data case collected from a maritime company called SONOTRAK.
