Abstract :
The present research proposed an adaptive frame pausing scheme based on the delay feedback of past frame delivery from viewers. The proposed surveillance system can enable multiple viewers located in heterogeneous networks to view the same captured image frame simultaneously with the limited network bandwidth. Besides, we also tried different frame pausing schemes in this work. The efficiency of the proposed mechanisms is also demonstrated.
