Abstract

Government agencies such as Badan Pengkajian Kebijakan Iklim dan Mutu Industri (BPKIMI) should have a guideline framework for developing Information System and Technologies and also sufficient documentation about existing system and technologies. Therefore, comprehensive and integrated information system strategic planning was needed by government agencies such as BPKIMI. This paper will explain the BPKIMI´s information system strategic planning toward Excellent Public Services using Zachman Framework.
