Abstract :
In this paper the result of the observation of moving objects with DVB-T based passive radar demonstrators developed at Warsaw University of Technology is presented. The main focus is the detection and tracking of air (airplanes) and terrestrial (cars, trucks) targets. In both cases the radar system was built from Commercial-Off-The-Shelf measurement equipment (Vector Signal Analyzer, amplifiers, antennas). The result of the processing is a set of Range-Doppler plots containing visible echoes and tracks of targets in Cartesian coordinates.
