Abstract
As one of the most important research fields of power system stability issues, the voltage stability of power system has always been an important problem affecting the secure and stable operation of power systems. To overcome the existing problems that a single voltage stability index can hardly reflect the overall situation and the weight-based integrated voltage stability indices suffer from subjectivity, a multi-criteria integrated method and Relative Voltage Vulnerability Index for voltage vulnerability assessment of load buses in power grids based on data envelopment analysis is proposed in this paper. The bus significance indices combined with several existing voltage stability indices are proposed to implement the voltage vulnerability evaluation. Case studies on the IEEE 10-machine-39-bus test system as benchmark are conducted to demonstrate the objectivity and effectiveness of the proposed method.
