Abstract
Based on the ATS (ammunition transport system) reliability requirements, this thesis presents a multidisciplinary collaborative method of reliability design by using model diagram and correlated FTA (fault tree analysis) to determine the importance degree of connectors and datum parts of the system units and then designed the parts and components on basis of the structure reliability respectively allocated by the AGREE method. Through the analysis of the fault tree, random reliability parameters and variable sensitivity of the proportion prototype as well as the research on the reliability pre-calibration of ATS, the results indicated when the significant level was set to be 0.05, the default RS was equal to 0.9989 compared to 0.9989 (the simulated value RDs) by using adaptive Monte Carlo method. The results met the reliability preset and the effective value was decreased by 32 kg, accounting for 10% of the total weight and the weight-loss ratio R got 1:0.87. The results proves that this method is easy to use and its results is reliable.
