IEEE GCCE 2013 has a Guest Speech, three exciting Keynote addresses and exceptionally-interesting Symposiums by distinguished researchers and business leaders. All of these special events will be held each morning during GCCE 2013 on the second floor of the conference hall, and are open for attendees of not only GCCE 2013 but also CEATEC.
