Abstract :
A kind of innovative O-Shape spring contact with benefits to both mechanical and electronic applications is presented. It has lower RF impedance which is good for EMC connection and better current distribution which is good for antenna efficiency when used for antenna feeding and grounding. The less stress and larger spring force is helpful to the stability in mass production. Simulations and measurements in real applications are conducted. The promising results are shown as well.
