Abstract
Knowledge, Skills, Ability (KSA) is a model necessary for the successful performance of any individual in a given job. It is usually used to assess the capabilities of a prospective applicant. In this paper, we report our experience with senior undergraduate students in an IT seminar course to conduct research and write publishable papers. We will also show how KSA has been applied to the course learning outcomes.
