  • Abstract
    An ultracapacitor equivalent circuit model and the procedure to identify its parameters is proposed and validated. The model, appropriated for hybrid electrical vehicle simulation, is experimentally validated under controlled conditions in laboratory and under real utilization conditions in a hybrid electric vehicle. The validation is performed with different ultracapacitor nominal values (583F-15V, 32F-270V and 16F-540V).
