Abstract
With the increasing labor cost pressure, there is no denying that the transformation and update of Chinese labor-intensive enterprises has become the focus of academic research and business practice. Based on the business model innovation, we build a systematical framework to explore that issue from the corporate level, and support it by making a comprehensive analysis about how traditional property service companies successfully accomplish transformation and update to overcome the profits dilemma by business model innovation.
