Abstract
In this study, we examine the relationship between organizational slack and firm innovativeness in transitional economy. Based upon it, we identify two moderators including strategic proactiveness and IPR protection strength, which influence the relationship between organizational slack and innovation significantly. A research framework of organizational slack and innovativeness is proposed then. Moreover, the theoretical contributions and managerial implications are discussed at the end of this study.
