Abstract
In recent years, business model has become an extremely popular topic in academic realm and business practice. Based on existing studies, this research complements and redefines the concept of business model, meanwhile, creates an analytical framework of business model from the perspective of value network. The new analytical framework contains four dimensions: value proposition, value sustain, value maintenance, value achievement. Separately, these four dimensions can be divided into seven factors: value demand, customer interface, infrastructure configuration, control model, isolation mechanisms, revenue model and cost structure.
