The inspiration of business model innovation based on the comparative analysis between Chinese and overseas GEM

The emergence and development of capital market is closely linked with the large-scale socialized production. In modern economy, the capital market is not only a stage for enterprises to raise capital, but also a tool to realize the social resource distribution, which plays an important role in structuring perfect corporation governance. In order to explore the fundamental factors which impact on healthy and orderly development of business model innovation of Chinese enterprises, this research makes a comparative study on overseas and domestic GEMs from the perspectives of operation mechanism, social bases and so on. We summarize the development of mature market experience, and provide some theoretical and empirical supports for the improvement of Chinese GEM and promotion of its development practice.
